Celebrate the fall harvest - - California native plant-style! Production manager Antonio Sanchez treats participants to a cornucopia of great information, including the basics of native edible plant gardening and how that differs from traditional vegetable gardening, as well a review of the ten easiest edible native plants to grow in average gardens or landscapes. Participants have the opportunity to sample seasonal dishes and discuss how to grow specific plants found in the recipes. This class will include native plant options for your Thanksgiving feast!
