Join herbalist William Broen for a garden walk and presentation featuring medicinal and edible plants native to California.

Please bring comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, plenty of drinking water, an energizing sack lunch or snack, and if you would like a camera and items to take notes with.

All garden trails are wheelchair accessible. If you need special accommodations, please contact Diana Nightingale at least three days prior to the class.

Please note that unless you have a garden membership, if you arrive more than half an hour prior to the workshop you will be charged regular garden admission.

Education Classes Refund Policy

In the case that a fee-based class or workshop is cancelled, Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden will refund the full (100%) payment. 

If a registered and paid participant withdraws from the class 72 hours or more prior to the beginning of the event, class, or workshop a full refund will be issued. 

If a registered and paid participant withdraws more than 24 hours but less than 72 hours before the beginning of the class, event, or workshop a 50% refund will be issued. 

If a registered and paid participant withdraws less than 24 hours before the class, or is a ‘no-show’ on the day of the event, class, or workshop, no refund will be issued.

This Refund Policy applies to all classes requiring payment.
