Veterans Day Volunteer Event & Bar-Bee-Que

Saturday, November 9, Volunteering from 9-11:30 a.m., Bar-Bee-Que 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Come honor and celebrate the men and women who have bravely served this country. With no small amount of work or love, the orchard in the Veterans Garden has been transformed from an overgrown, weed patch into a plentiful source of fresh fruit for the veterans who work with us at Grow Native Nursery as well as veterans living on the VA campus. Join us for a very special Veterans Day Volunteer Event in our orchard. Work alongside our team, local students, and volunteers from Tree People. Come for the day or come for an hour, all help is welcome! The volunteer event will be followed by a free barbecue for all.
