California Botanic Garden is offering free admission in honor of National Pollinator Week on Tuesday, June 23rd. 

A limited number of free tickets are available for public general admission so make your reservation today! Tickets are not timed; ticket holders may enter any time between 8 AM and 7:30 PM.  Members may enter the Garden without a reservation by simply presenting their membership card at the Admissions Kiosk.

Garden Groove Summer Concert Series

Thursday Evenings, July 5 - July 26, 2018

Gates open at 6:15 p.m. Concerts begin at 7 p.m., in the California Courtyard, adjacent to the California Garden Gift Shop. Buy tickets at the admissions kiosk or online in advance. Ticket price includes parking and evening admission to the Garden. Limited tickets are available, advance ticket purchase is recommended. No refunds or ticket exchanges. Concert events are subject to change. In the event of cancellation due to weather, concert tickets are valid for one (1) complimentary admission to Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden during regular business hours, expiring one year from concert date (not valid for special or ticketed events). Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden Gold Card and Acorn members receive complimentary admission to the Garden Groove Concert Series.  No ticket is needed for RSABG Gold Card and Acorn members just come to the concert and check in at the Gold Card and Acorn check in table.

Daily admission tickets are valid for the entire day during our opening hours; there is no specific entry time or duration of your visit. Ticket purchases are nonrefundable.

We are open Tuesdays - Sundays. We are closed on Mondays. Last admission is 30 minutes prior to closing.

August Hours: 8 AM to 8 PM
September Hours: 8 AM to 9 PM

IMPORTANT NOTES:

On Sunday, September 13th, California Botanic Garden is offering free admission to the public in celebration of California Biodiversity Day and Latine Celebration Week. There will be bilingual interactive tours of our private nursery, agua frescas and pastries, local exhibitors, and a discovery table. When you arrive:

After parking, please visit our Admissions Kiosk and provide your eTickets. These can be shown from your phone or printed out.

By entering the Garden, you affirm that you are voluntarily assuming all risks and dangers incidental to admission and will not enter restricted areas.

The Administration Building and Horticultural Complex are closed to visitors. 

When you leave:

All guests must depart the Garden by closing time.

SAFETY NOTES: Please check the weather before arriving at the Garden. It is recommended to bring a hat, sun protection, a full water bottle, and comfortable close-toed walking shoes. The admissions kiosk also sells water and other beverages.

The Garden reserves the right to close for inclement weather. Please give us a call or email info@calbg.org if there are intense weather conditions on the day of your scheduled visit.

Family Friendly Bird Walks: Pomona Valley Bird Alliance

These free family-friendly walks will lead you through the beautiful, winding trails of California Botanic Garden showing how you can spot and identify your local bird life. 

Meet Pomona Valley Bird Alliance hosts at the Garden entrance at 8:00 a.m. for free admission. This family-friendly bird walk is approximately 2 hours long and is perfect for beginners and experienced birders alike. No binoculars? No worries! Loaner binoculars are available (limited number so first come first served.) You will receive instructions on their use as well.

Please bring comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, plenty of water, and any bird guides or binoculars you may have!

Space is limited, so sign up early online or at the front kiosk.
