California Botanic Garden celebrates California Biodiversity Week with free admission on Sunday, September 13th, with a special addition this year. We will also be kicking off our celebration of Latino Conservation Week. Check this webpage for updates soon on the programming for that day!
A limited number of free tickets are available for public general admission. Members may enter the Garden without a reservation by simply presenting their membership card at the Admissions Kiosk.

When you arrive:
After parking, please visit our Admissions Kiosk and provide your e-tickets.
By entering the Garden, you are agreeing to our guidelines for your safety and for the safety of others.
Last entry is at 6:30 PM.
When you leave:
All guests must depart the Garden by 7 PM.
Please Note:
On busy days, the main parking lot at CalBG may become full. Additional parking is available along North College Ave. south of the Garden gates.
If you or another person in your party is not feeling well, please visit at another time.
Water fountains are available at the Restroom facilities. Please prepare appropriately for the weather on the day of your visit, bringing sun protection, comfortable walking shoes, and a container for your water.
Picnicking in the Garden is not allowed. We have a few picnic tables available in the parking lot.
The Administration Building and Horticultural Complex are closed to visitors. Restrooms can be found in the SoCal Gardens and north Mesa Gardens.
For the safety of our valuable Living Collections, CalBG does not allow dogs or other pets to enter the Garden, with the exception of service animals.
Please refrain from running, riding bikes, leaving pathways, and flying drones while on Garden grounds.
