In this talk given by Lori Anne Ferrell, PhD., and Lucinda McDade, PhD., they will discuss their research about the relationships between Shakespeare and Botany principally during the Victorian Era!
Lori Anne Ferrell is director of the Early Modern Studies Program and professor of Early Modern Studies and Literature at Claremont Graduate University. Lucinda McDade is professor and chair of the Botany Department at Claremont Graduate University.

Will take place at the Lenz Classroom which is wheel chair accessible. (Also, please note that the location of the talk has changed from East Classroom to the Lenz classroom since the publication of our March-May brochures.)

Education Classes Refund Policy
In the case that a fee-based class or workshop is cancelled, Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden will refund the full (100%) payment.
If a registered and paid participant withdraws from the class 72 hours or more prior to the beginning of the event, class, or workshop a full refund will be issued.
If a registered and paid participant withdraws more than 24 hours but less than 72 hours before the beginning of the class, event, or workshop a 50% refund will be issued.
If a registered and paid participant withdraws less than 24 hours before the class, or is a ‘no-show’ on the day of the event, class, or workshop, no refund will be issued.
This Refund Policy applies to all classes requiring payment.
