Take a moment to reconnect with the beauty of nature while you connect with your mind and body with Yoga in the Garden. Join us on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings during the month of August as Sarah Sawyer, certified yoga instructor, guides you through a peaceful, gentle flow. 


Sarah Sawyer is a certified yoga instructor based in the Inland Empire and is the founder of The Yoga Stream yoga studio. Sarah has been practicing yoga for over 16 years and has led more than 1,000 yoga classes. She loves practicing yoga in nature as it helps bring mindfulness and awareness beyond oneself and creates connection and community.


Evening Gentle Flow - Tuesdays at 6:30pm (8/3, 8/17, 8/31)


Come for a welcoming environment that will allow you to relax, tune into your intuition, move, flow, and connect with your breath and the beautiful gardens that surround you. This class will start with relaxing movements that warms the body, will move into deeper gentle stretches as we continue to flow, and will end with longer held restorative poses as we quiet the mind and body. Connect with nature as you reduce your stress and increase your flexibility. Be sure to come early to the Garden to enjoy a self-guided meditative walk and to experience all that the Garden has to offer.

This is a mixed level yoga class. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. The instructor will provide options, modifications, and cues throughout the class suitable for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners who would like to incorporate a slower flow into their practice.

Please bring an outdoor friendly yoga mat, water, and an optional blanket or towel. Participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver form upon registration of the class. 

Following public health guidelines, participants who are not fully vaccinated must wear masks and practice social distancing.
